Ugly bridesmaid dress of the day…

Published by kristineb at 1:31 am under Ugly bridesmaid dress of the day Edit This

A new addition to my ugly dress collection , a “junior” bridesmaids dress. As a good friend of mine would say, “bleech.”

I never really got the junior bridesmaid concept. In my book you’re either a flower girl or a bridesmaid. Maybe junior bridesmaids went out of style with this dress?

The bouquet in this picture reminds me of flowers arrangements I’d see at a funeral. Perhaps the bride was forced into this marriage?

Want to purge your ugly bridesmaid/wedding/flower girl/junior bridesmaid dress from your life? Sharing is healing. E-mail your photo to threetimesabridesmaid@gmail. com. I’ll make sure to crop out your face and remove anything identifiable in the background.

OT  grammar moment: Is it bridesmaids dress, bridesmaid dress, or bridesmaid’s dress? I always preferred and used bridesmaids dress. And the possessive could be correct, the dress does in fact belong to the bridesmaid. Bridesmaid dress just sounds incorrect, but I’ve seen it used as well. Anyone know which one is correct? Does it matter?
